The coffee beans we use are "Flower Child" from BEAR POND ESPRESSO ROASTERS.

"Flower Child" is a complex, post-blend coffee created by BEAR POND ESPRESSO owner Katsuyuki Tanaka, who carefully selects and blends raw beans from major coffee-producing regions, including Central and South America and Africa.

This complexity results in a harmonious flavor with dark chocolate, sweet citrus notes, and a lingering caramel finish.

This blend is delicious both as an espresso and drip coffee.
